Pick up FAQ

What days do you provide in-store pick up?
We offer in-store pick up every day we are open.

How soon will my order be ready for pick up?
We ask you to nominate a pick-up time slot at time of checkout. We need a minimum of 2 hours to process your order and have it ready for you. Orders received after 5 pm can be picked up earliest the following day. 

Orders for the first time slot need to be in by 7 am.

To ensure you receive the freshest produce, we pick as close to your nominated time we can. 

Note: the order lead time of 2 hours is an estimate and we will do our best to meet this lead time for filling your order, however during high volume days when our store is very busy it may take a bit longer. Our notification system will always let you know when your order is being processed and when it is filled and ready for pickup.

What if all sudden I’m not able to pick up my order before you close?
We ask that you call us immediately at 09 414 5040 to inform us. Your order will be put away and available to be pick up the following morning after 9 am.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order, however, restocking fee my be applied if the order has already been processed.

Is there a minimum order amount?


Why is price of my order an estimate?
The prices quoted at the time of your online order are estimated prices only. The actual order value cannot be determined until the order is completed because of variations in produce that is sold by weight. Also, in the event an item you are ordering my be sold out.

Can I make special requests with my order?

Yes, after you add items to the shopping cart, you can leave the message in the field under "Special instructions for seller" in the shopping cart. We will do our best to meet all special instructions, but cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.

Will I be notified that my order ready for pick?

Yes. After you submit your online order, you will receive an automated  email notification with confirmation details. These are automated messages so please do not reply to the email or text.
